The wine list at Red Red leans hard into sparkling and bubbly, which is either a fun niche move or a limitation depending on what you came for. Walking in, the vibe is casual and social — this is a place to share a flight with a friend, not dissect a Burgundy. The focus is narrow but intentional, and that kind of commitment to a lane is worth something.
The list clocks in at 80-130 bottles, but what's front and center is the sparkling lineup: Moët Nectar Imperial Rosé, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Marques de Caceres Cava, Tenuta Sant'Anne Prosecco, and Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato from Australia. That's a respectable cross-section of the bubbly world — France, Spain, Italy, and New World — without trying to be everything. We'd love to see more still wines represented with the same care, but the curated flights format keeps things engaging for guests who don't know where to start. If your wine knowledge begins and ends with Champagne, this place was built for you.
By-the-glass pours are currently pulled exclusively from the Champagne Bar section — just four options ranging from $7 to $20 a glass. That's a tight lineup, and the $7 William Wycliff Brut is clearly there to anchor the budget end of the table. We'd push back on calling this a full by-the-glass program, but what's there covers enough ground — entry-level California bubbly up through proper Champagne — to make an evening work.
Marques de Caceres Cava — $11/glass, $36/bottle
Spanish Cava from a reliable producer at $11 a glass is honest pricing. It's crisp, food-friendly, and holds its own next to bubbles that cost three times as much.
Tenuta Sant'Anne Prosecco
Most people reach past the Prosecco at a place like this, assuming it's filler. But at $11 a glass, Tenuta Sant'Anne is a proper northern Italian producer — not the grocery store stuff — and it's consistently underordered because it doesn't have the name recognition of Moët or Veuve.
Moët Nectar Imperial Rosé
At $20 a glass, you're paying a significant premium for a sweeter, off-dry Champagne that leans more celebratory than food-friendly. It's not a bad wine — it's a badge wine. The Cava or Prosecco will drink better with anything on the menu and save you real money.
Marques de Caceres Cava + Charcuterie Board
The Cava's acidity and fine bubbles cut right through cured meats and hard cheeses without overwhelming them. It's the workhorse pairing on this menu — versatile, refreshing, and priced to let you order a second glass without a conversation.
