What you get is a list that feels curated by someone who actually drinks wine, with a clear lean toward Italy and boutique producers that don't show up at every other restaurant on Bristol Street. It's the kind of place where you suspect the person who built the list has opinions, and they're right.
The program skews heavily Italian with a broad international supporting cast — think Sardinian whites and Sicilian reds alongside smaller-production bottles from regions that don't get enough love on Orange County menus. There's a sommelier on staff, and it shows: the list reads like it was assembled with actual purpose rather than just plugging in the usual suspects.
