The wine list at Morgan & Co. reads like a restaurant that actually thought about it — 47 labels across a decent spread of regions, with 18 by-the-glass options that give you real room to explore. Pricing is measured for a fine dining room, landing squarely in the fair-to-reasonable zone rather than the gouging territory you might expect at this level. It's not going to blow your mind, but it's not going to embarrass you either.
The white side of this list does the heavy lifting, which tracks for a New American kitchen. You've got the crowd-pleaser lane covered — Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, Rombauer at $125/bottle for the table that insists — but there's also genuine interest hiding in there: a Jean-Max Roger Sancerre 2019 at $62, Fuchs Grüner Veltliner 2018, and a Taburno Falanghina 2019 that most tables will walk past without blinking. The Domaine Du Chalet Pouilly-Fuissé 2016 and Domaine de l'Amauve Côtes du Rhône 2017 at $60 show someone at least browsed beyond the distributor's top-ten sheet. Reds are less documented in what we've seen, but the range from $36 to $300 suggests the list has range without being reckless.
Eighteen by-the-glass options is a strong number for a restaurant this size, and the pricing — $8 to $14/glass — stays honest without feeling like a gas station. You can get the Vina Cartin Albariño 2018 at $13/glass or the La Fleur de Prairie Rosé 2020 at $11/glass, which are genuinely solid pours. The Beringer White Zinfandel at $8/glass is there for whoever needs it; we don't judge, but we are noting it.
The Bottom Line
Morgan & Co. has built a wine list that respects its guests without overcharging them — fair pricing, a meaningful by-the-glass selection, and enough off-the-beaten-path picks to reward the curious. It's not a destination wine list, but if you're in Saratoga Springs and want a reliable bottle alongside a fine dining meal, you're in good hands. Go for the Sancerre, take a flyer on the Falanghina, and let someone else order the Rombauer.

Noah's Italian made a bold structural call — every wine by the glass, no exceptions — and the Italian-focused selection backs it up with real producers like Ratti, Tornatorre, and Buglioni rather than the usual suspects. We don't know what's on the plate or who's pouring, but on the strength of the wine list alone, this is worth a visit if you're in Saratoga Springs and want to drink Italian wine without committing to a full bottle.
