Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Kiosco lands with more ambition than you'd expect from a Marietta Square casual spot. Thirty-two labels, all available by the glass, across five approachable categories — Light, Bold, Spicy, Bubble, Bright — signals that someone put some thought into making wine accessible without making it a thesis. The price ceiling of $18/glass keeps things democratic.
The list swings across Italy, Spain, France, Argentina, and California without getting lost along the way. You get Italian depth via the DaVinci Chianti, Gru Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, and a Sella Antica Supertuscan, while Spain shows up respectably with the Marques de Caceres Crianza and Comenge Biberius Ribera del Duero. There's a Domaine Lavigne Saumur-Champigny for the Loire crowd and a Domaine le Clos des Lumieres Cote du Rhone for Old World Rhone fans — both solid picks that punch above their casual-dining context. The Argentine angle via Colonia Las Liebres Bonarda and Domaine Bousquet Reserve from Tupungato adds some genuine character. The gaps: no Burgundy, no German whites, no orange wine, and the California presence leans on crowd-pleasers.
Every bottle on the list is available by the glass, which is either generous or a sign that storage is doing its best work. The $12–$18/glass range is honest and keeps the Caymus Bonanza at $18/glass as the top-end splurge without letting it dominate. Martin Codax Albariño at $13/glass and the Fleuraison Blanc de Blanc Pays d'Oc at $13/glass give the whites some real personality worth exploring.
The Bottom Line
Kiosco Marietta Square punches above its weight class with a genuinely global, all-by-the-glass wine list at prices that won't ruin your evening. The markup is fair across the board, the selection has enough range to reward curious drinkers, and the Colonia Las Liebres Bonarda alone is reason enough to skip the cocktail. It's not a destination wine program, but it's a solid, honest list for a neighborhood spot — and that counts for a lot.

LaStrada's wine list is honest about what it is: a low-friction, low-drama selection designed for guests who want a glass of something familiar with their pasta. The glass-to-bottle ratio is excellent, markups are fair across the board, and the Valpolicella is a quiet nod to Italian authenticity. Just don't arrive expecting the list to match the cuisine's ambitions — it's a reliable neighborhood companion, not a destination.

Spring Restaurant is running one of the most interesting wine programs in the Atlanta suburbs, and almost nobody outside of Marietta knows about it. The markup is fair, the by-the-glass selection is genuinely exciting, and the range of producers — from Galician Albariño to old-vine Catalan blends to Sonoma Coast Chardonnay — suggests someone in that building actually cares. If you're eating in Marietta and you care about what's in your glass, this is where you go.

Modena is the neighborhood Italian that actually earned the wine credentials to back up its ambitions — Jill Pipes is running a thoughtful program in a place that could have easily phoned it in. Show up on a Wednesday, order the Pieropan, and let someone else have the Silver Oak.

Mac's Chophouse is a reliable, well-run steakhouse wine program that does California Cabernet better than most places in the Atlanta suburbs — it's not trying to be a wine destination, but it earns its Wine Spectator nod and won't let you down if big red meat and big Napa reds are the plan.
