Haven's wine list is exactly what you'd expect from a polished New American spot in Brookhaven — familiar names, accessible categories, nothing that's going to challenge anyone's comfort zone. It's a list built for the table that wants a bottle without a debate, and it delivers on that premise. The range of 24 by-the-glass options is genuinely impressive for a neighborhood restaurant, even if the bottles themselves lean heavily on California crowd-pleasers.
The red section is Cabernet Sauvignon country — Carmel Road, Beringer, Miner Family's 'Emily's,' Ethos, Details — a lineup that covers the California hits without venturing much further afield. There's a nod to Oregon with the Stoller Family Pinot Noir and some Italian interest via the Argiano 'NC' Super Tuscan and the Chateau de Costis Bordeaux Blend, but don't come here looking for Rhône, Rioja, or anything off the beaten path. The rosé section is actually one of the stronger corners of the list — four options including Sangiacomo and Bruliam signal someone did their homework, even if the rest of the list didn't follow suit. At 38 labels total, this is a tight but functional list that plays it extremely safe.
Twenty-four by-the-glass pours on a 38-bottle list means nearly everything is available by the pour, which is genuinely useful. Prices run $13 to $29 per glass, with most options clustering in the $15–$21 range. The selection mirrors the bottle list — California-forward, crowd-friendly — but the volume and availability make it easy to try before you commit to a full bottle.
The Bottom Line
Haven isn't trying to be a wine destination, and the list makes that clear — but 24 by-the-glass options and a few genuine bright spots like the Argiano Super Tuscan and the rosé section mean you won't go thirsty or regret the pour. Watch the markup on the familiar California names and steer toward the edges of the list for anything interesting. A perfectly fine wine program for a Brookhaven dinner; just don't show up expecting to be surprised.
Sun Lakes · Chandler · New American
Stone & Barrel is a solid neighborhood destination in the southeast Valley where the food — especially the wood-fired pizza — is the main event, and the wine list is a willing supporting act. We don't have enough detail on the full wine program to send you in with a specific bottle in hand, but if you're going for a casual dinner with friends in Sun Lakes, you're unlikely to go thirsty. Come for the pizza, manage your expectations on the wine, and you'll have a good night.

The Mercury is a safe, competent wine list for a polished New American in Plano — you won't be stuck drinking something bad, but you probably won't discover anything new either. If you're here, the Allegrini Ripasso is worth the detour from the obvious picks, and we'd skip the Moët unless someone else is paying.

The Henry is a reliable spot for a glass of something decent, especially if you're drawn to the by-the-glass Champagne options or want to explore the Chardonnay section without committing to a bottle. The markups run steep and the list doesn't take many risks below the prestige Champagne tier, but the raw volume of BTG options and a few genuinely good producers keep it from being a total pass. Come for the Larmandier-Bernier, skip the Ace of Spades.
