Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Fogo de Chão Kansas City is exactly what you'd expect from a polished chain steakhouse — tidy, South America-focused, and priced to move. It's not going to surprise you, but it's not going to embarrass you either. Sixty-two labels sounds ambitious until you realize the list hugs the same two continents pretty hard.
The list is almost entirely South American, leaning heavily on Chile and Argentina, which makes sense given the concept. You get a solid parade of Malbec, Chardonnay, Torrontés, and a few blends — but don't come looking for a Barolo or a Willamette Pinot. The VIK wines (Eulila and O Leão) are the most interesting names here, as VIK is a high-end Chilean producer and their presence suggests someone put a little thought into at least part of the list. The white section is surprisingly deep for a churrascaria, stacking six Chardonnay options from producers like Bodega Catena Zapata, Lapostolle, and Lidio Carraro. The Fogo house Jorjão Reserva Malbec sits at $30/bottle and does the predictable anchor work.
By-the-glass availability isn't documented in what we've seen, so we can't tell you what's actually being poured into stemware tonight. The bottle pricing tops out around $48.50, so even if the BTG program is thin, you're not going to get gouged going full bottle. Worth asking your server what's open.
The Bottom Line
Fogo de Chão Kansas City isn't a wine destination, but it's not a wine disappointment either. Prices are fair, the South American focus makes thematic sense, and the VIK and Lapostolle picks show there's a ceiling here above the house pour. Come for the beef, drink the Eulila, leave happy.

· White Plains · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão White Plains is not a wine destination, but it's not trying to be. The by-the-glass program is wide enough to find something that works with the meat parade, the Malbec lineup is appropriately on-theme, and the $10 entry point keeps things accessible. Markups trend steep as you climb the list, so stay in the $10–$20 glass range and you'll leave satisfied. Send a friend here for the beef; the wine is just along for the ride.

Dunwoody · Dunwoody · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão Dunwoody isn't building a wine destination — it's running a smart, scaled by-the-glass program that keeps the price of entry low and the list familiar enough that you never feel stuck. The $6 South American tier is a genuine win for a night centered on meat and fire. Send a friend here for the Alamos Malbec and the picanha; just don't send them expecting to geek out.

· Tysons · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão Tysons has enough South American options — particularly the Argentine and Uruguayan pours — to keep the wine program honest in the context of a Brazilian steakhouse. The markups are steep and the list doesn't push you anywhere new, but if you stay in your lane (order the Alamos or Zuccardi Malbec, eat a lot of beef), you'll leave happy. Send a friend here for the meat; tell them to keep it simple with the wine.
