Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Fogo de Chão Bridgewater is built to support a meat marathon, not to challenge anyone's palate. You get 45 labels and a surprisingly long by-the-glass program, which sounds ambitious until you realize most of the bottles are familiar grocery-store faces with chain-restaurant price tags. It's functional, it's predictable, and it gets out of the way of the main event.
The list leans hard into South American producers — fitting for a Brazilian churrascaria — with Alamos and Catena Malbec from Argentina and Bodega Garzón Albariño from Uruguay offering some genuine regional credibility. Beyond that, the selections skew heavily toward recognizable American commercial labels: Meiomi, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Mezzacorona, Emmolo. There's no real depth here — no aged bottles, no obscure regions, nothing that would make a wine-focused diner choose this list over dinner at an actual wine bar. The sparkling section adds a bit of range with Chandon, Nicolas Feuillatte, and La Marca, though at these prices, you're paying for convenience.
Thirty-six by-the-glass options is a big number, and it's genuinely useful in a group setting where people have different tastes. Entry-level pours start at $10/glass for Natura Chardonnay, Natura Rosé, Alamos Malbec, and The Seeker Red Blend, which is reasonable floor pricing. The upper end climbs to $29/glass for Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and $30/glass for a Chandon Mini — both of which feel steep for what you're getting.
The Bottom Line
Fogo de Chão Bridgewater is not a wine destination, and it doesn't try to be. The list is competent chain-restaurant territory: crowd-pleasing producers, steep-but-not-shocking markups on most bottles, and a wide enough by-the-glass selection to keep a table of six happy without debate. Grab the Alamos Malbec, skip the Chandon Mini, and save your wine focus for somewhere that earns it.

· Los Angeles · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão's wine list isn't trying to be a destination — it's trying to support a meat-forward meal without emptying your wallet, and it largely succeeds. The South American focus makes geographic sense, the pricing is fair for LA, and there are a few genuinely good bottles hiding in a otherwise safe list. If you're going for the full churrasco experience, grab the Lapostolle Sauvignon Blanc or the Catena Alta Chardonnay and let the gauchos do the rest.

· White Plains · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão White Plains is not a wine destination, but it's not trying to be. The by-the-glass program is wide enough to find something that works with the meat parade, the Malbec lineup is appropriately on-theme, and the $10 entry point keeps things accessible. Markups trend steep as you climb the list, so stay in the $10–$20 glass range and you'll leave satisfied. Send a friend here for the beef; the wine is just along for the ride.

· Kansas City · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo de Chão Kansas City isn't a wine destination, but it's not a wine disappointment either. Prices are fair, the South American focus makes thematic sense, and the VIK and Lapostolle picks show there's a ceiling here above the house pour. Come for the beef, drink the Eulila, leave happy.
