The list opens with 57 labels and immediately signals that someone here is paying attention — Vazart-Coquart Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs next to Avissi Prosecco is a peculiar but telling juxtaposition. This isn't a throwaway wine program tucked behind a laminated cocktail menu. For Naperville, the ambition is real.
The whites are the star here — a thoughtful Alsace corner with Emile Beyer Gewürztraminer 2019 and Roots 'Autre Monde' Pinot Gris 2022 signals genuine curiosity beyond the usual California-and-Italy playbook. Sauvignon Blanc gets more real estate than most lists twice this size, running from the easy-drinking Lobster Reef at $38 to Régis Jouan at $72, which is a solid Sancerre-adjacent Loire pick. The sparkling section punches above its weight with the Collet Brut and Vazart-Coquart Blanc de Blancs for the Champagne-inclined. The red section trails behind — we only spotted Tassajara Pinot Noir in the extracted data, which suggests reds may be the weakest quadrant here.
Twenty-eight pours by the glass is a serious commitment and covers a wide enough range that you're not stuck choosing between house Chardonnay and house Pinot. Glass prices run $8–$22, which stays honest relative to the bottle prices listed. The rotation doesn't appear particularly active, but the sheer count means most tables will find something that works.
Domaine de Pouy Côtes de Gascogne 2021 — $38
Gascogne whites are criminally underrated — crisp, aromatic, and honest. At $38 a bottle this is priced close to retail and drinks way above its station. Order it confidently.
Roots 'Autre Monde' Pinot Gris 2022
Most tables will breeze past this for the Rombauer. Don't. Roots is a thoughtful Oregon producer and 'Autre Monde' is a textured, serious Pinot Gris that rewards the curious drinker willing to stray from the obvious.
Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc 2023
At $65 you're paying a premium for the name recognition — Rombauer's Sauvignon Blanc doesn't carry the same cult cachet as their Chardonnay, and the Régis Jouan at $72 is a far more interesting bottle for just $7 more. Or go the other direction and grab Lobster Reef for $38 and spend the difference on dessert.
Emile Beyer Gewürztraminer 2019 + Spiced or Asian-inflected appetizers
Gewürztraminer's aromatic richness and touch of off-dry weight is made for anything with warm spice or ginger — if the kitchen runs anything in that direction, this $49 bottle is the move.
The Bottom Line
Entourage earns its stripes as a genuinely thoughtful suburban wine list — fair pricing, more depth than the address suggests, and a by-the-glass program that actually tries. We'd send a friend here without hesitation, especially if they're willing to wander past the Chardonnay section.

Send a friend here if they want a pleasant, fuss-free dinner with a solid glass of something Italian; send a serious wine person elsewhere.
