The geographic breadth here is the most encouraging signal we have. Pulling from the Finger Lakes and South Africa alongside the usual French and California suspects suggests someone put real thought into at least the skeleton of this list. Whether that ambition follows through into actual depth — mid-tier producers, older vintages, range across price points — we can't confirm from what's publicly available. Modern American with Asian-fusion leanings is a tough cuisine to match wine to, and the list would need to flex toward aromatic whites and lighter reds to really sing alongside dishes like the Thai Yellow Curry Chicken and Bo Luc Lac.
