What you get is a familiar Midwestern steakhouse lineup — California Cab, domestic Merlot, Italian Pinot Grigio — dependable, comfortable, and making zero promises it can't keep.
The list leans hard into crowd-pleasing California and broader New World styles, which is exactly what the room calls for. European representation is present but thin — an Italian Pinot Grigio and a Prosecco option keep things just international enough. Don't come hunting for Burgundy or anything from a small-production importer; the list is built for the steak-and-seafood diner who wants something recognizable without much fuss. There are no obvious gaps so much as a deliberate ceiling on ambition.
Roughly 8–12 pours cover the major bases: California Cabernet Sauvignon, domestic Merlot, Italian Pinot Grigio, and a Prosecco for bubbles fans. Happy hour drops house wine to $5 a glass, which is a genuine win in a market where that deal is increasingly rare. Without producer or vintage transparency, you're paying full steakhouse markup for an unknown California Cab. At least during happy hour the risk is priced accordingly — outside that window, the value case gets shakier fast.
