Wingman Metrics
Six wines. That's what we're working with here. At a polished Cherry Creek grille that almost certainly charges steakhouse prices, six labels on the wine program is less a list and more a suggestion. The whole thing reads like someone picked crowd-pleasing shelf brands and called it a day.
What's here is a tight cluster of California-centric, recognizable labels — Belle Glos and Böen from Joe Wagner's portfolio, Quilt Napa Cab, and two Westhoff Pioneers blends rounding out the reds. There's no depth, no regional breadth, no old-world presence, and no real story being told beyond 'people recognize these names.' The list appears to be tied to a Joe Wagner wine dinner event, which explains the brand-heavy focus — but as an everyday wine program, it offers almost no range. If you're not into California fruit bombs and big reds, you're essentially out of luck.
By-the-glass options aren't confirmed from the available data, so we can't tell you what's actually pourable tonight or at what price. Given the six-bottle scope of the program, the by-the-glass selection is unlikely to be expansive. Proceed with appropriately low expectations.
The Bottom Line
This wine program, as evidenced, is built around a brand-partnership dinner rather than a thoughtful everyday list — and it shows. Six recognizable California labels do not a wine destination make. If you're heading to Cherry Creek for a serious bottle, there are better options; here, the cocktail menu might be your friend.

· Las Vegas · Restaurant
Summer House is doing more with its wine program than it has to, and in Las Vegas that deserves genuine credit. Fair prices, a thoughtful by-the-glass roster, and a few genuinely interesting picks — the Grüner and the Selbach Riesling especially — make this worth exploring. It's not a destination wine list, but it's a reliable one, and that's rarer on the Strip than it should be.

· Spartanburg · Restaurant
Two bottles is not a wine list — it's a gap on the menu waiting to be filled. Rick Erwin's Level 10 earns points for choosing recognizable, inoffensive labels, but zero points for effort, range, or value. If wine matters to your night out, this is not your destination in Spartanburg.

· Greer · Restaurant
Rick Erwin's Greer may well be a great steakhouse experience, but the wine program as documented is nearly nonexistent — two bottles, steep markup on the Cab, and no evidence of any active curation or by-the-glass program. If you're coming here for wine, bring your own or stick to cocktails.
