Wingman Metrics
The wine list at Dave & Buster's arrives sandwiched between nachos and frozen cocktails, which tells you everything you need to know. Fourteen labels, a couple of sangria riffs, and zero pretense — this list was built to check a box, not to excite anyone. If you came here for wine, you took a wrong turn.
The list leans hard on grocery-store stalwarts: Josh Cellars Cab, Kendall-Jackson Chard, and Freakshow — a label that ironically describes the whole program. There's a Coppola Prosecco for bubbles fans, a Cava, and a Graham + Fisk Red Blend rounding out the more adventurous end of what is, frankly, a very low bar. Regional diversity is nonexistent — we're in supermarket California almost exclusively, with zero old-world representation and no independent producers worth flagging. The 'SANGRIA SIPS' section, featuring a Strawberry Sangria and a Mango Beach Bellini, confirms this list is designed for people who don't really want wine.
Pricing data wasn't available, but given the D&B model — volume, speed, and arcade tokens — expect by-the-glass pours to be inflated relative to what you're actually drinking. The Archer Roose Sauvignon Blanc is a canned wine brand, which may show up as a pour here, and that's about as interesting as this program gets. Rotation is essentially nonexistent; what's on the menu is what's been on the menu.
The Bottom Line
Dave & Buster's is not a wine destination, and its Canton location makes no effort to pretend otherwise. Order a beer, hand your tokens to a kid, and save the wine night for somewhere that actually cares.

The Barrel Room on Canal isn't trying to be a destination wine program and it doesn't pretend otherwise — short list, honest prices, no fuss. If you want to share a $28 Malbec without sticker shock, this is your spot.

The Crush House is the best wine program in Canton by default, but it earns the title on its own merits too — fair prices, proper storage, and estate wines with a genuine sense of place. If you're within driving distance and haven't taken Ohio wine seriously yet, this is the place to start.

Sparta is a dependable neighborhood steakhouse with a wine list that matches the room — safe, familiar, and a little overpriced on the marquee bottles. If you're here for the steak and want something solid in the glass, you'll find it; just avoid the celebrity labels and ask what's pouring well by the glass.
