The wine list at Corks Wine Co. is almost entirely white wines — which would be interesting if they were, say, white Burgundy or Grüner Veltliner. Instead, what greets you is a roster of house-label kits and juice-based options that make you wonder if you've accidentally wandered into a DIY winemaking supply shop. The '100% Juice' label appearing next to Chablis should be your first warning sign.
All 12 labels on this list orbit around three brands: Village Vintner, Fontana, and the in-house Corks House label. These are home winemaking kits and pre-made juice concentrates — not finished commercial wines in the traditional sense. The Fontana Trio — bundling Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Verdicchio — suggests a tasting-flight model more than a traditional by-the-glass program. We'd call ahead before expecting a standard sit-down pour.

Corks Wine Co. appears to be more of a winemaking kit retailer than a wine bar in the traditional sense, and the list reflects that. If you're on Hilton Head and need an actual glass of wine, keep driving.

Crane's Tavern won't make any top wine lists, but for Hilton Head, the by-the-glass program is unusually honest and the pricing doesn't insult you. If you're eating steak here, you have solid options — and that Brocard Bourgogne Blanc is a legitimate surprise.
