The entire 50-bottle list is by the glass, which is either a dream or a commitment depending on your personality — we think it's a dream. The focus is squarely on Santa Ynez Valley and small-production Santa Barbara County producers, the kind of names that don't show up on restaurant lists two counties over. Metrick and Golden represent serious Chardonnay territory here, while Leitmotif and Cnagy bring Pinot Noir credentials that locals know and visitors are about to discover.
