Six labels. That's it. The wine list at Cantina 76 Main Street is less a curated selection and more a placeholder — something to hand guests who didn't feel like a margarita. Nobody came here for the Burgundy, and whoever built this list knew it.
There's no regional story here, no producer callouts, no sense that anyone agonized over these picks. Two named options — a house Pinot Grigio and a house Pinot Noir — anchor a six-label roster that reads more like a grocery store endcap than a restaurant wine program. No sparkling, no rosé, no old-world representation, no anything adventurous. To be fair, Cantina 76 is a tacos-and-margaritas spot and makes no bones about it — the wine list just confirms the priorities.
All six bottles pour by the glass at a flat $5, which is either a budget drinker's dream or a sign that the wines themselves aren't worth much more. There's no rotation, no seasonal swap, no sense that anyone is refreshing these options. What's here today is probably what was here six months ago.
House Pinot Grigio — $5
At five bucks a glass with a taco in your hand, you're not asking Pinot Grigio to do much heavy lifting — and it doesn't have to. Crisp, inoffensive, and priced so you can order another without thinking twice.
House Pinot Noir
Most people at a Mexican spot default to white or skip wine entirely — but the Pinot Noir at $5 a glass is worth a shot alongside anything with braised or spiced meat. Low stakes, occasionally works.
House Pinot Noir
If you're not here on a Wednesday and you're paying full bottle price, there's simply no reason to commit to a whole bottle of an unnamed house Pinot Noir when the margarita program is genuinely excellent and the wine offers nothing by comparison.
House Pinot Grigio + Fresh tacos
Light, clean, and neutral enough not to fight with citrus-forward taco fillings — the Pinot Grigio is basically a backup margarita, and that's exactly what it should be here.
Wednesday — $5 Pinot Grigio and $5 Pinot Noir by the glass all day on Wednesdays, plus 20% off all bottles (excluding Champagne and Prosecco).
The Bottom Line
Come to Cantina 76 for the margaritas, the tacos, and the vibe — and on a Wednesday, grab a $5 glass of wine just because you can. But if wine is the point of your evening, this is not your stop.

Terra keeps it simple with an all-by-the-glass format, fair pricing, and a few genuinely interesting picks tucked inside a short list. It won't satisfy anyone looking for a deep cellar dive, but it absolutely does the job for a New American dinner in Columbia.

Downtown · Columbia · Wine Bar
Vino Sabor is betting that Downtown Columbia is ready for a real wine bar, not just wine at a bar — and based on the vibe, they might be right. We'd go back with a curiosity about Italian wine and an open mind; just don't come expecting a deep cellar or a Burgundy nerd behind the counter.

· Columbia · Spanish-inspired / tapas
This is a wine list built for people who aren't really thinking about wine, and honestly that might be the point. If you're serious about drinking well with your tapas, order a cocktail and revisit the wine program if they ever add a Txakoli or a Garnacha.
