The wine list at Broadway 10 reads like a greatest hits compilation of California wine — recognizable, comfortable, and exactly what you'd expect at a polished chophouse. It's not trying to surprise you, and honestly, it doesn't need to. The room is lively and the list keeps pace with the crowd.
Napa and Sonoma dominate from start to finish — think Jordan, Rombauer, Decoy, and Meiomi. There's a clear focus on California Cabernet and Chardonnay with 80 to 150 bottles in play, which gives you range without depth. You won't find much in the way of Italian, Burgundy, or anything south of the equator, so if you're looking to wander off the California highway, you're at the wrong exit. The list serves the steakhouse format well — big reds, crowd-friendly whites — but adventurous drinkers will feel a little boxed in.
Ten to sixteen options by the glass keeps things accessible, and the pours lean predictably toward the same California anchors on the bottle list. Don't expect a rotating program here — what's up is likely what's been up for a while. That said, if you want a glass of Jordan Cab with your ribeye, this place delivers that moment without any friction.
Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon — $14
Decoy punches above its price tier — it's Duckhorn's approachable label and it drinks smoother than most bottles at this price point. Order a glass before committing to a bottle and you'll likely just order another glass.
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
Jordan gets overlooked because it's not flashy or high-scoring in the way that draws attention, but it's one of the most consistently elegant Napa Cabs on the market. In a room full of big fruit bombs, Jordan is the quiet one with actual structure. Worth every dollar.
Meiomi Pinot Noir
Meiomi is a grocery store staple marked up to restaurant pricing. It's sweet, it's soft, and it's everywhere. You can grab this for $12 at any supermarket — paying chophouse prices for it stings a little.
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon + Wood-fired steak
Jordan's structured tannins and restrained fruit are built for red meat. The wood-fired char on Broadway 10's steaks locks in with the wine's earthy backbone without either one overpowering the other.
✔️ The Bottom Line
Broadway 10 is a reliable wine stop if California Cab is your comfort zone — the list is curated for the chophouse crowd and it delivers on that promise. Just don't expect to discover anything new, and keep an eye on that markup.
Edmond (North Metro) · Oklahoma City · Upscale American Fine Dining
Signature Grill is a reliable date-night spot where the wine list won't embarrass you, but it won't excite you either. Stick to Jordan, skip the Caymus markup, and let the kitchen do the heavy lifting.

Edmond (North Metro) · Oklahoma City · Steakhouse
Boulevard Steakhouse is a reliable Edmond institution that takes its wine seriously enough to stock recognizable names at steakhouse-appropriate prices, but not seriously enough to challenge you. Send a friend here if they want a comfortable, familiar experience — just tell them to skip the Caymus and order the Jordan.

Mahogany is a reliable, well-executed steakhouse wine list that serves its audience exactly what they came for — just don't come looking for discovery. Order the Jordan, skip the Caymus markup, and enjoy the fact that someone here actually knows how to store a bottle of wine.

Cheever's is a genuinely good neighborhood restaurant that treats its wine list as a supporting player, not a headliner — and the steep markups mean you're paying a premium for the convenience of recognizable labels. Come for the food and the vibe; if you drink wine, stick to one glass and let the kitchen do the heavy lifting.

Stock & Bond is the most credible wine program in Oklahoma City for a classic steakhouse night out — a knowledgeable sommelier in Lee Nevarez, a well-kept list, and enough California firepower to satisfy any table. Just know you're paying for the room as much as the wine, and the list won't take you anywhere unexpected.

Flint isn't trying to reinvent the wine list — it's trying to serve good California wine in a great dining room, and it mostly succeeds. Send a friend here if they want a reliably solid wine experience with their chicken fried steak; just temper expectations on discovery.

Outback Laredo's wine program is a national chain doing national chain things — predictable, overpriced relative to quality, and staffed by people who aren't expected to know anything about what they're pouring. Come for the Bloomin' Onion, stick to a cocktail, and save the wine order for somewhere that cares.

Logan's Roadhouse is not a wine destination — it's a steakhouse chain where wine clearly wasn't part of the concept. Order a beer, order a cocktail, and save the bottle for a restaurant that's actually trying.

Texas Roadhouse Laredo is a great spot for a $17 steak and a bucket of rolls — the wine list is an afterthought and everyone involved knows it. Order a margarita, or grab the Ste. Michelle Riesling and call it a night.
