First Impression
You open this wine book and immediately understand why it's called a book — 3,100 labels is the kind of cellar depth that makes serious collectors get misty-eyed. This is a French restaurant that takes its wine program as seriously as its bouillabaisse, with Burgundy and Bordeaux sections that could fill entire menus at lesser spots.
Selection Deep Dive
The list reads like a love letter to French wine regions, with serious Burgundy allocations, deep RhĂ´ne representation, and a Champagne section that goes well beyond the usual suspects. California and Italy get proper attention too, but the heart of this program is clearly Old World. The Bordeaux section alone could keep you busy for months, and the Burgundy selection suggests someone with serious producer relationships and cellar discipline. You'll find verticals, older vintages, and producers that don't make it to most Florida wine lists.
By the Glass
We don't have the full glass pour count, but what we see suggests thoughtful selections rather than the usual suspects. The Rivarose Brut Rosé and Sommariva Prosecco show they're thinking beyond entry-level bubbles, and the Honig Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a solid Napa pick that drinks well above its price point. With a sommelier on staff and this level of bottle depth, we'd expect a rotating glass program that changes with seasons and dishes.
Honig Sauvignon Blanc 2023 — $48
Napa Sauvignon that delivers bright citrus and minerality without the markup insanity — perfect with their mussels in white wine sauce
Domaine de la Janasse CĂ´tes du RhĂ´ne 2021
Buried in a massive list, this Châteauneuf-adjacent producer delivers serious Grenache character at a fraction of the cost of their flagship bottles — earthy, peppery, and made for rich Provençal cooking
Most bottles over $200
The cellar depth is impressive, but Naples markups mean you're paying luxury resort pricing on already expensive wines — save the splurge bottles for retail and stick to the $80-150 sweet spot here
Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc + Sea bass
This Roussanne-heavy white has the weight and complexity to stand up to Mediterranean preparations while the minerality cuts through butter sauces — textbook Provence pairing
🔥 The Bottom Line
This is serious wine infrastructure in a town known more for yacht money than wine knowledge. The markups sting, but the selection and staff expertise justify a visit for anyone who takes French wine seriously.
