The wine list at Bella Luna's west location is exactly what you'd expect from a lively power-center Mediterranean cafe — familiar labels, approachable prices, nothing that's going to make a wine nerd's pulse quicken. It mirrors the east location closely, which tells you this is a brand-managed program, not a passion project. That's fine. It works.
The list runs 25–40 bottles and leans hard on California and Italy — think the grocery store aisle's greatest hits: Josh Cellars, Kendall-Jackson, La Marca. There's a broad international nod but don't come looking for anything off the beaten path; this list exists to keep the table happy, not to challenge it. No small growers, no obscure regions, no surprises. What it lacks in adventure it makes up for in approachability — your aunt who drinks Chardonnay and your buddy who orders Cab will both land somewhere comfortable.
Eight to twelve options by the glass at $8–$11 is a solid range for West Wichita, and the prices are honest. Rotation appears minimal — this reads more like a set-and-forget pour list than something that gets refreshed seasonally. No standouts, but no disasters either.
La Marca Prosecco NV — $9/glass, $30/bottle
At 114% markup, this is the least punished wine on the list. Retail sits around $14, so you're not getting gouged — and it's genuinely fun with mezze plates and lighter starters. Order it on half-price night and it's a straight-up steal.
La Marca Prosecco NV
Most people at a Mediterranean cafe reach for the Cab or the Chardonnay. Don't. The Prosecco is the sharpest value here and it actually makes sense with the food — bright, a little fizzy, cuts right through hummus and garlic-heavy plates that would flatten a heavier red.
Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay NV
At $34 a bottle, you're paying roughly 183% over retail for a wine that costs $12 at Dillons. It's inoffensive, sure, but there's nothing here that justifies the markup when the Prosecco exists at the same table.
La Marca Prosecco NV + Hummus & Steak appetizer
The Prosecco's effervescence and light acidity cut through the richness of the hummus and keep the charred steak flavors from getting heavy. It's a better call than the reflexive Cab, and it makes the appetizer feel like an actual course.
Monday — Half-price wine bottles all day Monday; select bottles also discounted Tuesday and Thursday per SinglePlatform menu listing. Verify current days with the restaurant as specials appear to vary by source.
✔️ The Bottom Line
Bella Luna West isn't a wine destination, but it's not trying to be — and the half-price bottle nights genuinely change the math. Show up Monday, order the Prosecco, eat your hummus, and enjoy it for what it is.

Prost isn't a wine destination — it's a biergarten that respects its theme enough to put a coherent German wine list on the table. The Thirsty Thursday bottle deal is legitimately good, and if you show up on the right night with the right dish, you'll leave happier than you expected.

The Belmont is a perfectly fine place to drink wine in Wichita — the Tuesday half-price bottle deal legitimately rescues the steep markups and makes it worth a visit. Just arrive with low expectations for discovery and high expectations for a good time.

Wasabi Hinkaku isn't a wine destination, but it doesn't pretend to be — and the pricing is honest enough to earn some respect. Show up on a Tuesday when the wine chiller special is running and you've got yourself a solid weeknight deal.

Cheddar's wine program is placeholder content — it checks the box and nothing more. Order a cocktail, a lemonade, or just embrace the sweet tea and move on.

BJ's is a beer restaurant with a wine list that exists so people don't feel left out. If you're here for the Pizookie and a cold craft brew, you've made the right call — but if wine is your priority, East Wichita has better options.

We wouldn't send a friend here for the wine — we'd send them to a grocery store if Barefoot is the goal. Order a cocktail, enjoy the Riblets, and accept the wine list for what it is: corporate wallpaper.

Pita Jungle isn't a wine destination, but the pricing is honest and the pours are fair. Come for the hummus and shawarma, order a glass without overthinking it, and leave happy.

Catal is doing the best version of a tourist-district wine list — which still means it's playing not to lose rather than to win. If you're here for a pre-park dinner and want something drinkable without drama, it delivers. Just don't come expecting a wine destination.

For a hotel restaurant in Buckhead, {Three} Arches is doing more than the minimum — the list is recognizable and functional without being exciting, and the Grüner Veltliner alone earns a small amount of goodwill. Send a friend here if they need wine with dinner; just don't send them if wine is the point of the evening.
