Beer First, But Wine Holds Its Own

You're here for the beer — 20 taps, sunny patio, the whole brewpub fantasy — and the wine list knows it. It doesn't try to be something it's not: a tight 10-15 label card that covers the basics without embarrassing itself.
The list leans Pacific Northwest with Oregon Pinot Noir showing up in three different expressions — Primarius, Dobbes Family Estates, and Chemistry — which is a smart move for a Bend pub that draws plenty of wine-curious visitors. California and a couple of South American bottles (Kaiken Malbec from Argentina, Viu Manent Chardonnay from Chile) round things out without adding any real depth. Don't come here looking for Burgundy or esoteric natural pours; this is a list built for people who want something familiar while their partner works through a flight of IPAs. The regional Oregon focus at least gives it a sense of place.
All 10 options are available by the glass, which is generous for a list this size — basically the whole card is open. Prices top out at $14/glass, which is refreshingly non-predatory for a sit-down spot in 2024. The 10 Barrel house Sparkling Rosé and Brut are fun additions that lean into the brewery's own brand.
Dobbes Family Estates Pinot Noir — $14/glass
Dobbes is a legit Willamette Valley producer — Joe Dobbes knows his Pinot. Finding it on a brewpub list at this price point, when the same wine runs $20+ by the glass at proper wine bars, is a minor win worth taking.
Pike Road Pinot Gris
Most people at a brewpub default to red or bubbles, but Pike Road makes a clean, food-friendly Oregon Pinot Gris that quietly outperforms its casual context. Easy to overlook, worth ordering.
Crow Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon
A value-tier California Cab at a Pacific Northwest brewpub — it exists to check a box. Nothing wrong with it exactly, but there are better reasons to be here than a generic CA Cab you could find at any casual chain.
Kaiken Estate Malbec + Burger
Kaiken's Mendoza Malbec has enough dark fruit and structure to stand up to a pub burger without needing to be fussy about it. It's a straightforward pairing that actually makes sense — and that's all we're asking for here.
✔️ The Bottom Line
10 Barrel West Side isn't a wine destination and doesn't pretend to be — but the Oregon Pinot options are genuinely solid, the prices are fair, and you won't feel punished for skipping the beer. Send a friend here knowing they'll be fine.
Downtown Bend · Bend · Wine Bar & Retail Wine Shop
Viaggio is the kind of wine bar that has no business being this good in a ski town, and that's exactly why it earned a Wild Card badge. If you care about what's in your glass, make a stop here before or after dinner — you'll leave with a better bottle than you planned on.

Old Mill District · Bend · Italian-American
Pastini is a Lazy List on a normal night, but Wine Wednesday flips the math enough to make it worth a visit if you know what you're doing — show up on Wednesday, order the Elk Cove or Cooper Mountain, skip the Ste. Michelle, and enjoy your pasta. Any other night, manage your expectations accordingly.

Tetherow · Bend · Upscale Pacific Northwest and New American
Solomon's is a safe, well-intentioned resort wine program that does Oregon proud without doing anything adventurous — come for the elk and the Drouhin, not for discovery. If you're staying at Tetherow or celebrating something, it delivers. If you're driving across Bend specifically for the wine list, adjust your expectations.

Tetherow · Bend · Elevated pub fare with American and Scottish-inspired dishes
The Row is a reliable pour in a beautiful setting — the wine list won't blow your mind, but the Sokol Blosser rosé and a smart sparkling pick make it easy enough to drink well here. Order the fish, grab the rosé, enjoy the view.
