The retail selection of 350-plus bottles anchors the whole experience — this isn't a restaurant that threw some wines on a list, this is a shop that happens to let you drink. France leads the charge, with Champagne getting serious attention alongside broader French and Italian representation, but the stated mission is global and that shows in the range.
