The room has a polished tasting-room energy without feeling precious about it: come to learn, come to drink, come to buy a bottle on your way out the door.
The retail selection of 350-plus bottles anchors the whole experience — this isn't a restaurant that threw some wines on a list, this is a shop that happens to let you drink. France leads the charge, with Champagne getting serious attention alongside broader French and Italian representation, but the stated mission is global and that shows in the range. Grower Champagnes feature prominently, which tells you everything about the curation philosophy: these are wines chosen with a point of view, not just to fill a shelf.
