Fargo

The Noble Hare is a bourbon bar that actually respects wine enough to pour it properly, and that alone earns it some credit in West Fargo. It's not a destination for wine lovers, but it's a solid call if you want a glass that isn't a house pour mystery.

Mezzaluna is the best wine list in downtown Fargo, which is a real thing, not a backhanded compliment — but watch the markups on the recognizable labels and hunt the edges of the list where it actually gets interesting. Worth the reservation, worth the Barolo.
