The list at Wine & More is short, sweet, and unpretentious — twelve wines, all available by the glass, all priced between $9 and $12. There's no cellar flexing happening here, but the intention is clear: make wine approachable without making people do math.
Twelve bottles, twelve glass pours — this is a pour-everything-you-have operation, which is either charming or limiting depending on what you're looking for. The reds lean into the obvious crowd-pleasers: Merlot, Cab Sauv, Malbec, and a house Premium Red Blend. Whites cover the bases with Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Moscato. Bubbles get two seats at the table — a Prosecco Brut and a Sparkling Rosé. Region provenance is murky across the board, and there's no real nod to Washington's own exceptional wine country, which is a missed opportunity given Kennewick sits in the heart of the Columbia Valley.
Every single wine on the list is poured by the glass, so the BTG program is essentially the whole program. The $9–$12 range is genuinely accessible, and the house Pinot Gris and Red Blend anchor the low end at $9. Rotation appears static — don't expect seasonal surprises.

At $9, this is the lowest-priced white on the list and the smartest order. Pinot Gris from the Pacific Northwest tends to punch above its weight, and if the house pour leans into that tradition even a little, it's a serious bang for your buck.
Prosecco Brut
Most people at a casual wine bar reach for still reds first and ignore the bubbles. At $11, the Prosecco Brut is an easy opener — crisp, light, and a natural fit for anything on a small-plates menu. It tends to get overlooked, which just means more for the people paying attention.
Cabernet Sauvignon
At $12, it's the priciest pour on a very short list, and without any producer or regional context to justify the premium, it's hard to know what you're getting. On a list this small, the top-dollar bottle should be a known quantity — here it's a leap of faith.
Wine & More Premium Red Blend + Charcuterie Board
A house red blend at $9 is built to be easygoing and broadly food-friendly — exactly what you want alongside a charcuterie spread. The mix of cured meats and cheeses plays off whatever fruit and structure the blend brings without demanding anything specific from the wine.

Purple Star is a one-of-a-kind local wine bar that bets everything on two producers and mostly wins — especially if you lean into the Muret-Gaston side of the list where things get genuinely interesting. It's not a destination for wine breadth, but it is a destination for Washington wine with a point of view.
