Wingman Metrics
Truluck's opens with a wine list that means business — 49 by-the-glass options is not something you stumble into by accident. This is a program built for the kind of place where people order stone crab and expect something decent in their glass. The price range, $12 to $66 per glass, gives you room to work with whether you're watching the tab or celebrating something.
The white wine depth here is genuinely impressive for a Texas steakhouse chain. You've got a serious Chardonnay staircase — Davis Bynum at the entry level, then Au Bon Climat, Trefethen, Flowers Sonoma Coast, and Far Niente at the top — which tells you the buyer has a point of view and isn't just checking boxes. There's also a refreshing pivot toward European whites, with both Selbach Incline and Markus Molitor Rieslings from the Mosel, Marco Felluga Pinot Grigio, and an Abadia De San Campio Albariño, which is more than most comparable restaurants would bother with. The sparkling section — Juvé & Camps Cava, Villa Sandi Prosecco, Roederer Estate Rosé, and Bollinger — covers the bases well, though reds and other regions are not represented in the sourced data, which limits a full picture of the list's overall range.
Forty-nine by-the-glass options is the headline — and it holds up. The whites and sparkling selections show real range from $12 to $35 per glass, with thoughtful tiering that rewards you for spending a little more. We don't have data on rotation or off-list specials, but what's confirmed here is already well above average for the format.
The Bottom Line
Truluck's Southlake runs a by-the-glass program that most restaurants serving food at this price point can't come close to matching. The European white selections and sparkling depth show a buyer who's actually paying attention. If you're here, skip the Cakebread, order the Selbach, and enjoy the fact that you have real options.

· Austin · Seafood Steakhouse
Truluck's Austin runs a by-the-glass program that genuinely outperforms what most standalone seafood houses manage, with producers like Markus Molitor and Drouhin-Vaudon sitting next to the expected California lineup. Pricing is fair without being flashy. If you're eating seafood and want to drink well without committing to a bottle, this list has you covered — just work through the whites and bubbles and don't let the Napa trophy bottles at the top drain your wallet.

Rosemont · Rosemont · Seafood Steakhouse
Truluck's Rosemont runs a by-the-glass program that punches well above the chain-restaurant expectation — real producers, fair prices on the mid-range pours, and a white wine selection that actually supports a seafood menu. We'd send a friend here for a glass of Markus Molitor Riesling without hesitation. Just steer clear of the Cakebread reflex.

· McLean · Seafood Steakhouse
With only four wines sourced from the menu and no pricing data to work with, we can't responsibly call out a winner or a steal here — and honestly, there may not be one. If you're making a trip to Eddie V's McLean for wine, recalibrate expectations before you arrive or lean hard into the cocktail list instead.
