The list leans heavily on widely distributed, supermarket-adjacent producers: 14 Hands, Stella Rosa, Diseno, Federalist. These are brands built for accessibility, not for anyone chasing a sense of place or discovery. There's a "Featured White" and "Featured Red" rotating slot, which at least suggests someone is paying occasional attention to the list. Notably absent: anything from Arizona's own wine country, which is a real missed opportunity given Sedona's proximity to Verde Valley producers.
The menu divides into "Whites by the Glass" and "Reds by the Glass" categories, so pours are available — but the specific glass options and pricing aren't published.
