The wine list at The Millworks won't stop you in your tracks, but it won't embarrass you either. It fits the room — a converted industrial space with craft beer on tap and art on the walls — and it doesn't try to be more than it is. Prices are honest, and that counts for a lot.
The list spans California, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Austria, Australia, and France, which is a lot of ground for a brewery-restaurant in Harrisburg. The presence of Galen Glen from Andreas, PA is a genuine nod to local producers and the kind of choice that suggests someone on staff actually cares. You'll also find Huber Vision Grüner Veltliner from Austria and Simonet Blanc de Blanc Brut from the Loire, which are both more interesting than the average casual dining list would bother with. The red side leans predictable — Lapis Luna, McManis, Santa Julia — but they're competent and priced without greed.
Sixteen by-the-glass options in the $10–$13 range is a solid offering for this type of spot. The range covers white, red, rosé, bubbly, and even a Moscato for the crowd that wants one. Rotation doesn't appear to be a priority — the list reads like it's been stable for a while — but consistency isn't the worst thing.
Galen Glen Rosé — $11/glass, $36/bottle
A Pennsylvania rosé at $11 a glass is the kind of local-first bet that usually disappoints — this one doesn't. Galen Glen is one of the state's more serious producers, and getting their rosé at these prices is a genuine find. Order the bottle.
Huber Vision Grüner Veltliner
Most tables will walk right past this one and grab a Chardonnay. Don't. Austrian Grüner at a brewery-restaurant in Harrisburg is unexpected, and Huber is a reliable producer. It's the most interesting white on the list by a stretch.
Raywood Moscato
At $10 a glass it's technically the cheapest pour on the list, but Raywood is bulk California Moscato doing its best impression of a wine. If you want something sweet, the Galen Glen Semi-Dry Riesling is right there and actually worth drinking.
Galen Glen Semi-Dry Riesling + Wood-fired pizza
A little residual sugar and bright acidity from this Pennsylvania Riesling cuts right through the char and richness of a wood-fired pie. It's the kind of pairing that works because both things are doing exactly what they should.

The Millworks isn't a wine destination, but it's an honest one — fair prices, a few genuinely interesting choices, and a local Pennsylvania producer on the list that earns real respect. If you're eating here, you can drink well without overthinking it.

Bonefish Grill Harrisburg is a dependable dinner out, not a wine destination — the list is corporate-safe, the markups are real, and nobody behind the bar is losing sleep over vintage variation. Come for the seafood, pick something crisp and white, and set your expectations accordingly.

The Bread Box is clearly here for the bread, the sandwiches, and the café experience — and that's totally fine. The wine list is an afterthought dressed up in familiar labels with markups that don't reward you for paying attention. Stick to the food, order a coffee, and save the wine for dinner somewhere else.

Cork & Fork is doing something genuinely worthwhile in a city where the wine bar concept hasn't exactly taken hold — the list is real, the by-the-glass program is strong, and there are bottles here worth seeking out. Send a friend here if they want something better than a chain restaurant wine list; just temper expectations on staff deep-cuts and don't blow your budget on the Veuve.
