You flip to the wine section and it reads like the shelf at a gas station convenience store — Woodbridge, Barefoot, Sutter Home. This isn't a wine list, it's a placeholder. The real message here is: order a margarita.
The list tops out around 15-25 options, all domestic, all national brands you recognize from grocery store endcaps. There's no regional story, no producer worth seeking out, no attempt at anything beyond the baseline. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi anchors the red side, Barefoot Moscato and Sutter Home White Zinfandel cover the sweet-tooth crowd, and that's roughly the full range of ambition on display. If you were hoping for something to stand up to a hand-cut ribeye, you're going to have to lower your expectations considerably.
Six to ten pours available by the glass, priced between $6 and $12 — so at least the damage is limited. Rotation appears nonexistent; this is a set-and-forget program that hasn't been rethought since the location opened. What you see is what you get, every night, forever.
Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon — $8
If you're drinking wine here, this is the least bad option. It's an inoffensive, fruit-forward Cab that at least gestures toward the steak on your plate. Low stakes, low price, no surprises.
Barefoot Moscato
Nobody comes to Texas Roadhouse for a wine moment, but if you're sharing a table with someone who wants something sweet and cold with that fresh-baked bread and honey butter, this does the job without pretense. Lean into the casual.
Sutter Home White Zinfandel
There's no version of this that makes sense at a steakhouse. It's sweet, it clashes with everything on the menu, and it exists here purely because it's been on chain restaurant wine lists since 1994. Hard pass.
Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon + Hand-Cut Ribeye
Woodbridge Cab isn't going to blow your mind, but the tannins and dark fruit hold up reasonably well against a fatty ribeye. It's the most logical combination on the menu, which admittedly isn't a high bar.
The Bottom Line
Texas Roadhouse is here for the steak, the bread, and the energy — not the wine. Drink whatever's cheapest, enjoy the ribeye, and don't overthink it.

This isn't a wine list in the traditional sense — it's a producer showcase, and Second Street leans into it with a multi-course dinner format. If you're into Napa and trust the Spoto brand, it's a worthwhile evening; if you wanted options, you're out of luck.

The seven wines on record are all from a single event page, so the full list is almost certainly broader; but until we have more to work with, our honest advice is to know what you want before you sit down, because the list isn't going to inspire you.
