Wingman Metrics
A wine bar with a vinyl theme in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho sounds like a novelty concept — until you open the list and realize someone here genuinely knows what they're doing. One hundred and fifty-one labels with Franciacorta, Pét-Nat, Crémant du Jura, and Picpoul-turned-pétillant is not what you expect north of Boise. This place has a point of view.
The list is structured thoughtfully across sparkling, skin contact and orange, white, rosé, and red — and the breadth within each category is legitimately impressive for a market this size. You've got Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Franciacorta sitting next to Gramercy Cellars Picpoul Pét-Nat and a Jean Bourdy Crémant du Jura Brut Rosé, which tells you whoever built this list has range and isn't just chasing trend boxes. The Pacific Northwest representation is strong and well-chosen — Illahe, Dobbes, Tranche, Sokol Blosser — names that deserve more attention nationally. Old World balance comes through Vietti, Alois Lageder, Delas, and Albert Bichot, covering Italy, Alsace, and the Rhône without feeling like a textbook exercise.
The by-the-glass program is broken into sparkling, white and rosé and skin contact, and red — which already shows more structure than most wine bars twice the size. The presence of the Paladin Raboso Fiore Sparkling Red and Lunaria Ramoro Pinot Grigio Pét-Nat on pour suggests they're not afraid to put something genuinely weird in front of a Tuesday-night crowd. Exact counts and prices aren't published, which is the one thing holding this back from a full Rager nod.
The Bottom Line
Stylus is the kind of place that shouldn't exist in a mid-sized Idaho city but absolutely does, and you should go before the rest of the country catches on. If you're road-tripping through the Panhandle or landing in Coeur d'Alene for a weekend, this is your first stop — not your last.

Lola Wine Lounge is a genuine Wild Card — a single-producer wine bar in the Idaho panhandle that bets everything on LOLA's artisanal lineup and mostly wins. If you want variety across regions and producers, this isn't your spot; if you want to actually learn something about under-the-radar California varietals in a relaxed setting, it's worth a stop.
