Steller's Cellar leans hard into Paso Robles and surrounding Central Coast appellations, which makes this feel less like a wine list and more like a curated love letter to the region. You've got a GSM from Thacher, a Pinot from Arrowsmith, a Cab from Grey Wolf, and a house-label Old Town Red Pinot Noir that signals genuine skin in the game. The Dominion Tantara Lolita Red 2019 at $45 is the most ambitious pour on the list and earns its spot. What's missing: any white wine, sparkling, or anything outside Central California — if you're not in a red or rosé mood, you're out of luck.
By-the-glass specifics weren't confirmed in our research, but given the six-bottle list, pours are likely available across most or all selections. At bottle prices between $36 and $45, even the glass pours should land at approachable rates — ask what's open.

Grey Wolf is reliable, but Cabernet is the safe, expected play — and with only six bottles on the list, spending your pick on the most predictable option feels like a missed opportunity.

Oeno is a legitimately surprising wine program stranded inside one of America's least glamorous airports — the Champagne depth is real, the grower selections are credible, and it earns its Wild Card badge just by existing here.
