The wine list at Ruby Tuesday Kingston is exactly what you'd expect from a chain that built its reputation on the salad bar: familiar, inoffensive, and designed to cause zero friction. You won't find anything here that requires a decision — every bottle is a brand you've seen at the grocery store checkout aisle.
The list tops out around 15 options and leans almost entirely on high-volume national brands — Josh Cellars, Kendall-Jackson, Mark West, Beringer — with a couple of token international entries in Ruffino Lumina and Nobilo. There's no real regionality to speak of, no small producers, no curiosity picks. Italy shows up via a perfectly pleasant Pinot Grigio and New Zealand gets a seat with the Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc, but this is not a list built by someone who cares about wine. It's a list built by someone who cares about wine not being a problem.
Six to ten pours by the glass, all drawn from the same roster of recognizable labels. At $6 a glass, the barrier to entry is low, which is probably the point. There's no rotation, no seasonal swaps — what's on the list today was on the list last year and will be on the list next year.
Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc — $6
Nobilo is a reliably solid Marlborough producer and this is the one glass on the list that actually tastes like it comes from somewhere. At $6, it's the only pour here that gives you a sense of place with your burger.
Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio
It's easy to dismiss anything on this list as generic, but Ruffino Lumina is a clean, food-friendly Pinot Grigio that punches above its station. Most people will reach for the Chardonnay out of habit — this is the smarter move.
Beringer White Zinfandel
White Zinfandel in 2025 is a hard sell anywhere, and Beringer's is the entry-level benchmark for sweet pink wine that tastes like a gas station convenience store. Life is short.
Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc + Salad Bar
Crisp, high-acid Sauvignon Blanc and a plate stacked with fresh vegetables and vinaigrette is a classic match — the wine's citrus edge keeps everything tasting bright and clean.
Wednesday — Half-off bottles of wine on Wednesdays; also available as part of the Dinner for Two promotion at $20 per bottle. The chain's official daily specials page doesn't always advertise this explicitly, so confirm at the table.

You're not coming to Ruby Tuesday Kingston for the wine, and the list knows it. But if you show up on a Wednesday and grab a half-price bottle with dinner, it's hard to complain too loudly.
