The wine list at Boulevard Diner is exactly what you'd expect to find laminated inside a diner menu next to the dessert photos — six varietal names, no producers, no vintages, no prices. It's not a wine program so much as a checkbox that says 'yes, we have wine.'
Six labels: Chardonnay, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet, Merlot, and White Zinfandel. No producers are named anywhere on the list, which tells you everything you need to know about the level of curation happening here. This is a grocery store shelf in wine list form — the kind of lineup designed to satisfy the widest possible audience with the least possible effort. There are no regions, no vintages, and no indication that anyone spent more than fifteen minutes assembling this.
We have no data on whether these wines are offered by the glass, by the bottle, or both — and no pricing to speak of. That opacity alone is enough to give pause. When a restaurant can't be bothered to tell you what you're paying before you order, that's rarely a good sign.
The Bottom Line
Boulevard Diner is almost certainly a perfectly fine place to eat a stack of pancakes or a club sandwich. The wine list, however, is an afterthought — six anonymous varietals with no pricing, no producers, and no personality. Order the coffee.

Lone Wolf is first and foremost a cocktail bar, and it earned its local recognition on that front. But if the German-leaning wine program delivers on the promise of the concept — tight, thoughtful, food-friendly — it's a genuinely exciting pairing for a pan-Asian menu that could eat cocktail lists alive. We want to see the full card before calling it a Rager; for now, it's a Wild Card worth your curiosity.
