The wine list at Outback Montgomery Taylor Road is less a list and more a small sticky note — three labels, zero ambition. This is the wine program equivalent of a shrug. If you came here hoping wine would be part of the evening, recalibrate quickly.
Three wines. That's it. You've got the Mollydooker-blended Kangaroo Court Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon representing the red category, Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio covering white, and Chloe Rosé rounding things out with a pink. Two of these three are national grocery chain regulars you could grab at Kroger on the way over. There's no regional depth, no variety exploration, no attempt to match the beef-forward menu with anything interesting. It reads like someone filled out a minimum-required-fields form and moved on.
We don't have confirmed glass pour data, but given the size of this list, it's a safe bet everything on it is available by the glass — because what else would they do with three wines? Don't expect a rotation, a seasonal swap, or any surprises. What you see is what you get, forever.
