Wingman Metrics
You open the wine list here and it reads like a greatest hits album you already know every word to — Rombauer, Silver Oak, Jordan, Stag's Leap. It's not a bad list, it's just a predictable one. The lagoon view out the window is doing more heavy lifting than anything on these pages.
The 80-120 label list is essentially a California greatest hits showcase with Napa and Sonoma doing most of the work. You'll find the usual suspects — Stag's Leap Cabernet, Silver Oak, Jordan Chardonnay — all solid producers, all wildly recognizable, and priced accordingly. There's no real Old World presence to speak of, no natural wine tangent, and nothing that suggests someone was curious enough to venture outside the California comfort zone. This list was built for the post-round golfer who wants something familiar and safe, and on that front, it delivers.
Twelve pours by the glass is a respectable count, and the $12–$20 range covers the spread without going outrageous. That said, the BTG selection mirrors the bottle list — expect Meiomi Pinot Noir and Rombauer Chardonnay to be doing the heavy rotation. There's no sign of an active rotation program or anything adventurous sneaking into the lineup.
Jordan Chardonnay — $18/glass
Jordan punches above its price point as a glass pour — clean, restrained, and actually food-friendly. It's one of the few BTG options here that won't feel like a compromise.
Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
Gets overlooked in the shadow of Silver Oak's brand dominance, but Stag's Leap is the more nuanced bottle on this list. Worth the ask if you're going red and want something with a little more structure than a crowd-pleaser.
Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon
Great wine, genuinely. But you're paying a premium here for a label that every restaurant in America marks up to the moon. Buy this one at retail and save the markup money for a second bottle of something else.
Jordan Chardonnay + Grouper Cheeks Sliders
Florida grouper is delicate and a little briny — Jordan's Chardonnay stays lean enough not to bulldoze it, while the oak gives you just enough richness to match the slider format. This is the pairing that makes the list actually make sense.
The Bottom Line
Nineteen & Traditions is a reliable, zero-risk wine stop for anyone who knows what they like and doesn't want to think too hard about it. If you're hoping to discover something new, you'll need to look elsewhere — but if you're winding down after 18 holes and want a solid glass of Jordan Chardonnay with a view, this place has you covered.
· Jacksonville · Brazilian Steakhouse
Fogo Jacksonville isn't trying to be a wine destination, and the list doesn't pretend otherwise — but the South American focus is genuine, the pricing is fair, and there are a few smart picks buried in the whites if you're paying attention. Send a friend here for meat; tell them to order the Amalaya while everyone else grabs Malbec.

J. Alexander's Jacksonville is a place that takes its steaks seriously and its wine list as an afterthought. If you're here for a business dinner or a reliable wood-fired meal, you'll drink fine — just don't expect to be surprised, and try not to look too hard at the markup on the Kendall-Jackson.

Jacksonville Beach · Jacksonville · Modern Japanese / Sushi
O-Ku Jacksonville Beach is a genuinely nice spot to drink well with sushi, especially if you lean into the sake program where the real effort has been made. The wine list is respectable but unremarkable — and markups across the board mean you'll want to choose your battles.

Jacksonville Beach / Ponte Vedra · Jacksonville · Upscale New American with French and Mediterranean Influences
Restaurant Medure is the best wine list you're likely to encounter between Savannah and Orlando — serious producers, proper storage, a sommelier who knows the cellar, and glassware that respects what's in it. The markups are steep and the list plays it safe stylistically, but if you're celebrating something and want Bordeaux with your filet, this is the room.

Marker 32 is a beautiful room with a wine list that plays it completely safe — you won't drink badly, but you won't discover anything either. Send a friend here for the scallops and the Intracoastal view, and tell them to order the Chardonnay.

Golden Eagle Inn is the kind of reliable mountain wine list that won't embarrass you on a date or a client dinner, but it'll charge you for the altitude at every turn. The Brunello and the Bouchard Beaune are genuine bright spots — find those, skip the Veuve, and you'll have a good night.

Sweet Basil is the best wine list in Vail by a wide margin — 400 bottles, a real Cruvinet program, and a sommelier who put actual thought into the selections. The markups sting, but that's mountain dining; the quality justifies the trip.

The Hudson isn't going to make any wine lists for its wine list, but it's a solid, competent program for what this place is — a lively upscale-casual spot where the views are doing a lot of the work. Send your friends here for dinner and tell them to stick to the bottles under $70.
