It leans hard into Napa Valley, which makes sense when you're sitting inside a Forbes Five-Star hotel surrounded by some of the most expensive real estate in American wine country. Expectations are high, and the list mostly delivers.
The 150-to-250-bottle list is built around California — specifically Napa — with Bardessono's own estate wines anchoring the local identity. Beyond that, you'll find recognizable heavy hitters like Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and Realm Cellars, which signals the list is curating for guests who want the real Napa experience, not a Greatest Hits sampler from a distributor catalog. The depth within California is solid, though adventurous drinkers looking for European detours may find the international selection thin. It's not a list that surprises you, but it executes its lane with authority.
With 12 to 20 options by the glass, there's enough range to work through an entire meal without committing to a bottle — which is actually a smart move here given the pricing.
