You flip open the menu at Logan's Roadhouse and the wine section is basically an afterthought — a small cluster of mass-market bottles wedged between the cocktail specials and the Bud Light pitchers. This is a beer-and-a-shot joint that happens to stock a few wines because corporate said so. Manage expectations accordingly.
Six wines. That's the whole program. We're talking Graham + Fisk's Cab, Underwood Pinot Noir, Archer Roose Pinot Grigio, Imagery Chardonnay, Bollicini Sparkling, and La Vieille Ferme Rosé — every single one a recognizable grocery store or convenience-format brand. There's no regional story here, no discovery, no attempt to complement a menu built around beef. California and mass-market America have the floor entirely, and they're phoning it in. If you came hoping for even a single interesting producer, you're in the wrong building.
All six wines are available by the glass, which is technically the entire list, so calling it a 'by the glass program' is generous. There's no rotation, no seasonal thinking, and no evidence anyone has reconsidered these pours since the menu was last laminated. What you see is what you get, every night, forever.
La Vieille Ferme Rosé — null
It's the one wine on this list with actual heritage behind it — Perrin family, Rhône Valley, consistent quality at a low price point. In this context, it's as good as it gets. Pricing unknown, but even at chain markup it's the most defensible pour here.
Underwood Pinot Noir
Nobody orders Pinot Noir at a roadhouse steakhouse, and that's a shame because Underwood from Union Wine Co. is a genuinely drinkable, lighter-bodied red that actually holds up against the menu's grilled options better than the Cab will. It gets ignored, but it shouldn't.
Bollicini Sparkling
A no-name sparkling wine at a chain roadhouse in a strip mall is nobody's celebration. Save the bubbles moment for somewhere that deserves it.
La Vieille Ferme Rosé + Ribs
Sounds wrong, works fine. The rosé's dry fruit and mild acidity cut through the sticky-sweet BBQ sauce without fighting it — and it's cold, which on a Laredo summer night is the most important quality any wine can have.
The Bottom Line
Logan's Roadhouse is not a wine destination — it's a steakhouse chain where wine clearly wasn't part of the concept. Order a beer, order a cocktail, and save the bottle for a restaurant that's actually trying.

The Tack Room isn't trying to be a wine destination, and it succeeds at being exactly what it is — a dependable hotel steakhouse list with some solid bottles hiding among the Cab parade. Order the Spanish or Argentine options, avoid the trophy-bottle markups, and you'll eat and drink just fine.

Il Premio is a steakhouse that took its wine list seriously enough to skip the obvious plays, and the result is one of the more interesting Italian-focused lists in Atlanta right now. It's compact, priced fairly across the board, and built for exploration — whether you're going glass by glass through the Italian regions or just need a solid bottle of Chianti Classico at $72 to make a steak dinner feel right. We'd send a friend here specifically for the wine.
