You drive out Emigrant Creek Road wondering if you've taken a wrong turn, and then the vineyard opens up and you realize you've found something most wine tourists blow right past on their way to the Willamette Valley. The list is tight — 14 labels, all estate — and that restraint is actually the point. This isn't a restaurant wine list; it's a winery saying 'trust us, we only make things worth drinking.'

Every bottle here is grown and produced on-site in Southern Oregon's Applegate-adjacent hills, which means the list reads more like a portfolio than a menu. Pinot Noir anchors the lineup — including the Convergence and a Pinot Meunier that you almost never see as a varietal bottling outside Champagne country. The Chardonnay program runs two tiers: the entry-level Estate at $35 and the Ascendance at $65, which signals genuine winemaking ambition rather than just a vanity label. The sparkling program is the real surprise — a Brut Cuvée Zero Dosage and a Blanc de Blancs at $100 and $120 respectively, which for estate-grown Oregon bubbles made in a serious style, is not highway robbery.

With 6-10 pours available depending on what's open, you can work through most of the lineup in a single visit — which is essentially the whole point of coming here. Flights of estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the move, giving you a side-by-side read on how the vineyard expresses itself across styles. There's no rotating guest pour program, but when every glass comes from vines you can literally see from your seat, that's a fair trade.
