You're better than that, and so is the list.
Booker Wines Fracture + Lamb Chops
Booker's Fracture is a Syrah-driven Paso red with enough dark fruit and grip to stand up to lamb without steamrolling it. The bistro's lamb chops have that herb-forward Mediterranean preparation that needs a wine with some earthy backbone — Fracture brings exactly that, and the local-to-local story doesn't hurt.
