Wingman Metrics
Three wines. That's what we're working with here. Harvey + Harriet, Francis Coppola Sofia, and a Sundowner Chardonnay — a list so short it barely qualifies as a list. When the wine section fits on a cocktail napkin, the restaurant has already told you where wine falls in their priorities.
The three bottles on offer here read more like a placeholder than a curated program. Harvey + Harriet's Paso Robles Cab-Syrah blend is a recognizable accessible brand, Francis Coppola Sofia leans on a famous name to do the heavy lifting, and Sundowner Chardonnay rounds things out at the safest possible lane. There's no regional diversity, no old-world presence, no exploration of price points beyond the middle — just three crowd-pleasing labels that could turn up at a hotel minibar. For a restaurant billed as Global New American, this is a missed opportunity of significant proportions.
Glass pour availability isn't confirmed from our sources, so we can't speak to what's actually being poured by the glass versus bottle. What we can say: with only three labels on the list, the by-the-glass program — whatever it looks like — isn't doing anyone any favors. Expect limited options and move on.
The Bottom Line
Earl's Sandy Springs is clearly a restaurant where wine is an afterthought — three bottles is a bar cart, not a wine program. Come for the food and the cocktails, but don't count on the wine list to add anything to the evening. If wine matters to you, this is not your spot.
Sandy Springs · Sandy Springs · Steakhouse and Seafood
Chops Lobster Bar delivers a competent, well-stocked by-the-glass program that will satisfy the Napa loyalists without totally abandoning people who want something with actual personality — see: the Loosen Riesling and the Champy Chablis. The markups are what they are at this price point, and the list isn't going to win any awards for creativity, but if you're here for a good steak and a reliable glass of wine to go with it, you won't leave unhappy.

C&S Oyster Bar isn't trying to be a wine destination, but the list is smarter than it looks — well-matched to the seafood format, fairly priced, and fully available by the glass. If you're eating oysters in Sandy Springs and want something more interesting than a house white, this list will take care of you.

Pricci's wine list is the restaurant equivalent of a reliable business traveler — organized, presentable, and rarely offensive, but not the person you call for an adventure. The markup leans steep across the board, and the lack of a visible specials program means you're paying full retail every night. That said, the by-the-glass depth is real, and there are smart Italian picks hiding in the list if you ignore the Napa trophy bottles.

Le Bilboquet is a reliable French restaurant wine experience in a city that doesn't overflow with them — a focused, old-world-leaning list backed by actual staff knowledge. Pricing skews steep for the Buckhead zip code, so lean on the sommelier to find where the value hides. We'd send a friend here for a fun night, not a deep dive.

The Ashford runs a tidy, unpretentious wine program that punches at roughly the weight you'd expect from a neighborhood New American spot. The pricing is fair, the Sancerre and Chenin Blanc suggest some real curation happened, and the all-glass format means you're never forced into a bottle. It won't move you, but it won't embarrass you either — which in Sandy Springs counts for something.

Cibo e Beve has a functional, crowd-pleasing wine list that serves its room well — but the markup on some bottles is hard to ignore, and the depth of Italian regionality you'd hope for at an Italian restaurant just isn't there. Grab the Gavi or the Verdicchio by the glass and call it a solid night.
