Wingman Metrics
The wine list here reads less like a curated selection and more like a product placement agreement. Six labels — all California, all recognizable from airport lounges and grocery store endcaps — tell you exactly how much creative energy went into this program.
The entire list is California-only, which isn't a crime, but there's no attempt at depth or range within that constraint. Belle Glos and Böen are both Wagner Family labels, Quilt is also Wagner, and the two Westhoff blends round things out — so you're essentially drinking one producer's portfolio dressed up as a wine list. There's no Old World representation, no sparkling, no dessert wine, and zero indication that anyone curated this with anything other than brand recognition in mind. The one bright spot is a Joe Wagner wine dinner event, which suggests occasional effort, but that's a pop-up, not a program.
No by-the-glass data is available from our research, so we can't tell you what's being poured or at what price. Given the list is only six bottles deep, the pour options — if any — are almost certainly limited to whatever subset of those six the house decides to open.
The Bottom Line
If you're a committed Wagner Family fan who wants to drink Belle Glos Pinot Noir and Quilt Cab in a restaurant setting, this is technically your spot. Everyone else should order a cocktail and put their wine budget toward dinner somewhere with an actual wine list.
