The wine list at CRÚ Legacy West opens with one message: bubbles, bubbles, bubbles. If you came for obscure Jura whites or a deep Burgundy bench, you're in the wrong zip code — but if you want a Champagne program with legitimate range and a few names worth celebrating, this is your spot in Frisco. It's a focused identity, and at least they commit to it.
The list clocks in at 74 labels, and the Champagne section alone reads like a Reims gift shop — Veuve Clicquot in three expressions, Piper-Heidsieck in three more, Taittinger twice, and Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé making a well-earned appearance. Beyond the bubbles, there are California and Oregon Chardonnays rounding out the program, plus some Italian and domestic sparkling options. The depth is real within the sparkling category, but if you're hoping for Nebbiolo or Grenache, this list will disappoint — it's sparkling-forward to a fault.
By-the-glass specifics weren't confirmed in our research, so we can't give you a glass pour count or rotation. Given the bottle-heavy orientation of what we saw, we'd expect a modest glass program anchored by a couple of Champagne pours and a few still wines — but verify before you go.
Heidsieck-Monopole Blue Top Brut — $125
Heidsieck-Monopole doesn't get the hype of Veuve or Moët but it's a serious house making serious wine. At $125 you're getting legitimate Champagne while most of the flashier labels here start at $130 and climb fast — this is the play for the table that wants to drink well without signaling.
Madam Zero Extra Brut
Most tables will walk right past this and grab the Veuve. Don't. Madam Zero is a zero-dosage-style Extra Brut that cuts through the sweetness game entirely — it's lean, mineral, and shows a completely different side of sparkling wine than everything else on this list. At $150, it's priced with the mid-tier crowd but drinks like it wants to be noticed.
JCB Gala Platinum Brut 2014
Jean-Charles Boisset makes wines that sell on packaging and personality, and at $260 this is the most expensive bottle on the list. The juice doesn't justify the gap over the Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé at $190 or even the Taittinger Prestige Rosé at $205 — you're paying for the bottle design, not the wine. Hard pass.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé + Charcuterie Board
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé is one of the most food-friendly sparkling wines on the planet — it has the structure to handle cured meats and aged cheeses without getting steamrolled. A charcuterie spread at a wine bar is the obvious order, and this bottle at $190 turns that move into a genuinely great experience.

CRÚ Legacy West is a champagne bar wearing a wine bar costume, and once you accept that, it actually delivers. Go for the bubbles, skip the $260 vanity bottle, and don't expect a world tour of wine regions — but if you want a solid Champagne night in Frisco, this is where you do it.
