If you want Napa Cab at this table, the Stag's Leap Artemis gives you more complexity for closer to the same money — or spend less elsewhere on the list.

Alfredo is rich and relentless, and you need something with enough acidity to cut through it. Cloudy Bay's grassy citrus snap does exactly that — it's the palate reset between bites that keeps the dish from becoming too heavy.
