Wingman Metrics
The wine list at 1885 Grill Acworth is short, familiar, and completely unpretentious — 26 labels that read like a greatest hits of recognizable grocery store brands. There's no mystery here, which is fine: this is Acworth, not Buckhead, and the list knows exactly what it is.
Twenty-six labels split across sparklers, whites, rosé, and reds, with a small 'Reserve' tier that doesn't stray far from the comfort zone. The Silver Gate house lineup anchors the list at the low end, while Imagery, Left Coast, and Trapiche Broquel Malbec add a little personality without going anywhere adventurous. International representation is thin — mostly California with a few Italian whites and an Argentinian Malbec thrown in — and there's no Old World depth to speak of beyond the Dr. L Riesling. If you're hunting for Burgundy or anything with a cork and a story, you're in the wrong zip code.
Eleven by-the-glass options cover the bases from a $6.25 Wycliff sparkler to an $11 Kendall Jackson Chardonnay or Meiomi Red Blend at the top. The spread is honest and accessible — nothing you'd call exciting, but nothing embarrassing either. Rotation appears fixed rather than seasonal, so don't expect any surprises.
The Bottom Line
1885 Grill Acworth plays it safe and mostly gets away with it — fair pricing on a short, approachable list that will keep the table happy without making anyone think too hard. If you're after a serious wine experience, keep driving; if you just want a solid glass with dinner in the suburbs, you'll leave without complaints.

Glenn's Kitchen is a hotel bar wine list doing exactly what hotel bar wine lists do — keeping guests comfortable and margins healthy. The Luigi Pira Nebbiolo is a genuine bright spot worth seeking out, but this isn't a destination for wine. If you're staying at The Glenn or grabbing dinner nearby, you won't suffer — just go in with expectations set accordingly.

Grinds & Wines is the kind of place Peachtree City genuinely needs — a locally owned room that takes wine seriously without making it precious. We'd feel comfortable sending a friend here for a date night or a quiet weeknight glass, especially given the menu's range from fish tacos to lamb chops. That said, we'd love to see the list published properly so we can give it the full treatment it likely deserves.

Kindred is punching above its weight class with a white and sparkling program that most full-service wine bars would envy, all at prices that won't make you wince when the check arrives. The red selection is the weak link, but if you lean white, rosé, or bubbly — and many of us should — this list is worth your attention. Send your friends here and tell them to start with the Vermentino.
