Bedford Village Inn is doing serious wine work in a state not exactly famous for it, and a Best of Award of Excellence since 2016 isn't an accident. If California Cabernet and a proper sommelier experience is what you're after in New Hampshire, nothing else in the region comes close — just don't come expecting anything outside the Napa comfort zone.
