The wine list at Wine Not? is short, friendly, and completely unpretentious — eighteen bottles, all available by the glass, priced between $8 and $13. It's the kind of list that says 'we want everyone to order wine' rather than 'we want to impress someone.' That's not a knock; it's a choice, and in a beach-town wine bar setting, it mostly lands.
The list leans heavily on approachable, widely distributed labels — Bonanza, Sea Sun, Trivento, Harken — the kind of names you'd find at a well-stocked Total Wine. There's a nod to some legitimate producers in the mix: Domaine Bousquet shows up twice (Malbec and Chardonnay), which is a respectable Argentine value play, and Riva del Lago's Sangue di Giuda is an oddball Italian red that earns its spot. The Crossings from Marlborough and Zenato's Pinot Grigio round out the white side competently. Don't come here expecting single-vineyard Burgundy or Rhône deep cuts — this list is built for accessibility, not adventure.
Every single wine on the list is available by the glass, which is the whole point of Wine Not? — no bottle minimums, no hesitation. Prices hold steady at $10 across most of the list, with Bonanza Cab topping out at $13 and the Prosecco and Sangria coming in at $8. The pour count is solid at eighteen options, though the selection skews toward the familiar.
Domaine Bousquet Malbec — $10/glass
Domaine Bousquet is one of the better-value producers out of Mendoza's high-altitude Gualtallary region — organic farming, real structure, and a track record that punches above its price point. At $10 a glass, you're getting something with actual identity, not just 'red wine.'
Riva del Lago Sangue di Giuda
Most people at a casual wine bar are going to reach for the Cab or the Pinot Grigio. Don't sleep on this one. Sangue di Giuda — 'Blood of Judas' — is a semi-sparkling, slightly sweet red from Lombardy's Oltrepò Pavese zone. It's weird and fun and almost nobody outside of Italy orders it. At $10, it's the most interesting glass on the list.
Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon
At $13 a glass, Bonanza is the priciest pour on the list — and while it's a decent Chuck Wagner project, it's also a $20 bottle retail. The markup here is the steepest on the menu, and you can get more interesting red wine for $10. Save the three bucks.
The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc + Cheese board
Without full food menu data, a cheese board is the natural anchor at a wine bar setting. The Crossings from Marlborough brings enough grapefruit and cut to stand up to a creamy brie or a sharp aged cheddar without bullying the plate.
The Bottom Line
Wine Not? isn't trying to be a destination wine bar — it's trying to be your relaxed neighborhood pour, and it pulls that off without overcomplicating things. If you live nearby, this is a perfectly decent spot to work through a few glasses; just don't show up expecting to geek out.

The Garlic is punching above its weight class for a Daytona Beach Italian spot — 105 labels and 33 by-the-glass options is real effort, and the pricing is mostly honest. It's not a wine destination, but it's absolutely the right place to drink well if you're already there for pasta.
