The list at Wine House CDA is compact — 36 labels — but it's clear someone made actual decisions here rather than just phoning in the distributor's rep sheet. You see a Greek Vidiano from Crete sitting next to a Portuguese Vinho Verde, and suddenly you're paying attention. This is not your typical Idaho wine bar.
The whites and sparkling dominate this list, and honestly, that's the right call for a casual wine bar format. There's genuine range: Lyrarakis Crete Vidiano brings Old World Mediterranean intrigue, Rickard Boking Pinot Blanc nods to Alsace-style expressiveness, and the Love & Squalor Mother Shucker White Blend adds some personality most lists wouldn't dare touch. Reds are thin — House House Cabernet Sauvignon is about as far as we can confirm on that front — so don't come in expecting a deep Syrah hunt. The rosé and sparkling sections punch above the list's weight, with Gruet Savage Brut and J Laurens Rosé doing real work alongside the more crowd-pleasing Flama D'Or Cava.
