Tiger Lily's wine list is short — twelve bottles, twelve pours — but it doesn't feel lazy. Someone made deliberate choices here, pulling from the Pacific Northwest, Italy, and Bordeaux to complement a menu that swings between sushi-adjacent bites and globally spiced proteins. It's not trying to be a wine destination, but it's not phoning it in either.
The list leans on proven crowd-pleasers with just enough personality to avoid being generic. You've got Eroica Riesling from Washington State — a legitimately great producer — sitting next to Clarendelle Bordeaux Blanc and Alice Rosato di Toscana, which tells you someone thought about matching the list to the kitchen's global register. The Barnard Griffin Syrah is a nice left-field pick for a casual fusion spot, and the Mawby Sex Brut Rosé Draft is the kind of quirky regional touch that earns goodwill. The gaps are real — no Pinot Noir worth getting excited about, and the Navigator Cabernet Sauvignon reads like it was added to keep the 'I only drink Cab' crowd quiet.
Everything on the list is available by the glass, which is genuinely appreciated — no gatekeeping, no bottle minimums. Pours run $11 to $17, which is reasonable for a destination dining town like Easton. The range covers bubbles, whites, rosé, and reds without any obvious weak link, though rotation appears minimal.
Eroica Riesling — $12/glass, $44/bottle
Eroica is a Chateau Ste. Michelle and Dr. Loosen collaboration — this is a serious, food-friendly Riesling at a price that doesn't punish you for ordering well. At $12 a glass it's the smartest pour on the menu.
Barnard Griffin Syrah
Most people at a fusion spot reach for Cab or Pinot Noir and ignore a Syrah entirely. That's a mistake here — Barnard Griffin makes solid, value-driven Washington State Syrah with enough dark fruit and pepper to handle the kitchen's bolder flavors without overwhelming them.
Navigator Cabernet Sauvignon
At $13 a glass, Navigator Cab is the safe fallback option for anyone who doesn't want to think about wine — which is fine, but there's no compelling reason to order it when Barnard Griffin Syrah is sitting right next to it at the same price point and doing more interesting things.
Eroica Riesling + Asian-fusion small plates
Riesling's natural acidity and slight residual sweetness are built for dishes with soy, ginger, and chili heat. Eroica specifically has the structure to cut through richness and the brightness to amplify those punchy global flavors — it's the move at this menu.

Tiger Lily won't win any awards for its wine program, but it earns its keep — fair prices, a thoughtful short list, and a few genuinely good picks buried in there for anyone willing to look past the Chardonnay. If you're eating here, drink the Eroica.
