Table & Vine's tasting bar list reads like a greatest hits of accessible American wine retail — you'll recognize most of these labels from your local grocery store endcap, and that's not entirely a bad thing. Prices are shockingly low, with nothing cracking $35 and most bottles sitting comfortably under $15. It's not a destination for discovery, but it's not pretending to be one either.
The 18-bottle list leans heavily on California crowd-pleasers — Josh Cellars shows up three times (Legacy, Merlot, Prosecco), which tells you something about the curatorial ambition here. There are a couple of bright spots: the Castello Di Gabbiano Chianti Classico 2023 at $14.99 and the Atalaya Laya Almansa 2023 at $10.99 hint at someone with at least a passing interest in Old World value. The Di Lenardo Pinot Grigio Gossip Ramato 2023 is a genuine outlier on this list — a copper-hued ramato style that has no business hanging out next to Barefoot Moscato. Almansa is a sleeper region in southeastern Spain producing dense, structured reds from Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera. At $10.99, this is the kind of bottle that makes you look smart at a dinner party. It outperforms its price tag by a wide margin.
Di Lenardo Pinot Grigio Gossip Ramato 2023
Most people will walk right past this and grab one of the three other Pinot Grigios on the list. Don't. Ramato is a traditional Friulian style — skin-contact Pinot Grigio with a copper hue and actual texture. At $13.99, it's the most interesting bottle on the menu by a considerable distance.
Apothic Red 2021
At $9.99 it's technically not a rip-off, but Apothic Red is a heavily sweetened, oak-chipped blend built for mass appeal and little else. There are better bottles on this same list for an extra dollar or two — go find them.
Castello Di Gabbiano Chianti Classico 2023 + Charcuterie board
Chianti Classico's high acidity and savory, cherry-driven character cut right through cured meats and aged cheeses. At a wine bar with a tasting format, a charcuterie spread is the move, and this $14.99 bottle is the right call to go with it.

Table & Vine isn't going to dazzle adventurous wine drinkers, but the pricing is genuinely hard to argue with and a few smart picks — the Ramato, the Almansa — keep it from being a total mainstream slog. Good spot to grab an affordable bottle you won't overthink.
