The wine list follows the same philosophy: conservative, Spain-and-Portugal-forward, and built for a crowd that already knows what they want.
The regional focus on Spain and Portugal is the right call for a restaurant of this style, but without a deep or adventurous list to back it up, it reads more like an obligation than a passion project. You're likely to find Rioja and Albariño doing the heavy lifting, with little in the way of unexpected detours into Bierzo, Priorat, or Portuguese Dão. For a special-occasion restaurant with $25–$45 entrées, we'd want to see more range in the bottle selection — something to reward the curious diner who wants more than the safe choice. As it stands, the list feels curated for comfort rather than discovery.
We couldn't nail down the exact by-the-glass program, which is itself a mild warning sign — a restaurant proud of its pours tends to advertise them. If the glass options mirror the broader list, expect a short, Spain-centric lineup that gets the job done without inspiring much conversation.
