Four options. That's it. You open the menu looking for a wine list and what you get is closer to a vending machine selection — House Red or White, a sparkling rosé, and two local merlot and gewurztraminer pours. It's not a wine program so much as a wine section someone added because they had to.
The entire list is four labels, all available by the glass. There's no bottle program to speak of, no regional exploration, no depth whatsoever. Liberty Lake shows up twice — a Merlot and a Gewurztraminer — which at least nods toward local Idaho and Pacific Northwest producers, but two wines from one label does not a curated list make. The Tirriddis Brut or Rosé rounds things out with a touch of bubbles, but the House Red or White anchor suggests this kitchen views wine as an afterthought rather than an asset.
Everything on the list is by the glass, so at least you're not stuck buying a bottle of something you're unsure about. Prices run $5 to $8 a pour, which is genuinely accessible — the Liberty Lake Gewurztraminer at $7 is the most interesting thing on offer. But four options with no rotation isn't a by-the-glass program; it's a placeholder.
Liberty Lake Gewurztraminer — $7/glass
At $7, it's the most distinct pour on a very short list — Gewurztraminer is aromatic and food-friendly, and seeing a local Idaho producer here is worth acknowledging. In this context, it's the clear choice.
Tirriddis Brut or Rosé
Nobody's coming here for sparkling wine, but at $6 a glass it's the quiet overachiever on this list — a fizz option that most guests will overlook in favor of the house pours, and that's their loss.
House Red or White
At $5 a glass you're not losing much money, but 'House Red or White' tells you everything you need to know about the ambition level here. When a restaurant won't even name its house wine, skip it and spend the extra $2 on the Liberty Lake Merlot.
Liberty Lake Gewurztraminer + Seasonal fish or poultry special
Gewurztraminer's natural aromatics and slight sweetness make it the best bridge to whatever lighter, seasonal protein is coming out of this kitchen — it's versatile enough to hold its own without steamrolling the food.
The Bottom Line
Seasons of Coeur d'Alene is clearly focused on the food, and that's fine — but four wines at a New American restaurant in 2024 is a choice, and not a good one. Order the Gewurztraminer, enjoy whatever's seasonal on the plate, and don't come here expecting anything more from the wine side of things.

Beverly's is doing something genuinely unexpected in the Idaho Panhandle — a Champagne-forward list with real grower depth that earns its place alongside any serious fine dining wine program in a much bigger city. If you care about bubbles at all, this one's worth the trip.
