Wingman Metrics
Perry's arrives with 72 labels and a lot of confidence — this is a steakhouse list that knows its audience and doesn't try to impress anyone who wasn't already impressed by the tablecloth. The range runs from approachable everyday whites to a $475 ceiling, with enough by-the-glass options to keep the whole table happy without committing to a bottle.
The list leans heavily on California with familiar names like Cakebread Cellars, J. Lohr, Carmel Road, and Freemark Abbey doing the heavy lifting. There's a nod to France via the Perrin Réserve Côtes du Rhône and a few sparkling options including Moët and Chandon, but don't come here hunting for Burgundy producers, grower Champagne, or anything that requires a second look. Argentina gets a seat at the table through TintoNegro Malbec, and Perry's leans into its own house label — Perry's Reserve Chardonnay and Pinot Noir — which at least shows some investment in a branded program. What's missing is any real depth in old-world reds or anything that would make a wine-focused diner stop and linger on the list.
Forty-one by-the-glass options is an unusually high number and is genuinely the list's strongest feature — nearly every bottle on the menu has a glass pour attached. Prices run from $7.50 for the Marques de Caceres Rosé up to $46/glass, and the range covers sparkling, whites, and reds without leaving anyone stranded. The breadth is real; the curation is not.
The Bottom Line
Perry's wine list is exactly what you'd expect from a polished Texas steakhouse chain — familiar names, broad by-the-glass coverage, and markups that remind you where you are. It's not a destination for wine, but the 41-glass-pour lineup means you won't go thirsty, and the Perrin Côtes du Rhône or Marques de Caceres Rosé will get you through dinner without overpaying. Send a friend here for the pork chop; tell them to pick carefully from the wine list.

Main Street / Historic Downtown Grapevine · Grapevine · Italian-American Wine Bar & Café
Farina's is the Wild Card badge in action — a charming, Texas-proud wine bar that sneaks in a Mosel Riesling and a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc between the house blends and live music. It's not trying to be a serious wine destination, but it earns more respect than it asks for.

This is a one-winery show, and it works — especially on Wednesdays when glass prices drop and the porch vibe kicks in fully. Don't expect a deep cellar; do expect to find a Texas Tempranillo or anniversary blend that makes you genuinely happy you stopped.

If you're anywhere near Grapevine and curious about what Texas wine actually tastes like — not what the label says, but what the land produces — Delaney's barrel room is the honest answer. It's not a restaurant wine list, it's better: it's the source.

Homestead Winery isn't trying to be a deep-cellar destination and it doesn't need to be — it's a focused, honest tasting room pouring its own Texas wines at fair prices in a great setting. If you're in Grapevine and curious about what the state's wine scene actually tastes like, this is a legitimate stop.

Cross Timbers is a Wild Card in the truest sense: a focused, all-Texas lineup in a charming cellar setting that punches above its weight for anyone willing to give Lone Star wine an honest look. If you're already walking Grapevine's Main Street, stopping here is a no-brainer.

Messina Hof Grapevine isn't trying to compete with a full-service wine bar — it's a focused, honest showcase of what Texas grapes can do, priced fairly enough that you can actually explore. If you're already walking Main Street, ducking in for the Lepard Vineyard Chenin Blanc is a no-regrets detour.

BLT Prime's wine program is glass-only, which limits your options if you came for a big bottle moment, but the pricing is honest and the selection is more thoughtful than most steakhouses bother with. If you're keeping it casual and ordering by the glass, you can drink well here without feeling taken advantage of — and that's not nothing in this city.

· Raleigh · Steakhouse
Perry's Raleigh is a competent steakhouse wine list — nothing more, nothing less. The near-universal by-the-glass access is a genuine win, and the Perrin Côtes du Rhône and Kesseler Riesling give you something worth drinking if you look past the front-of-list crowd pleasers. Just don't come here expecting discovery; come here expecting reliability.

· San Antonio · Steakhouse
Bob's Steak & Chop House San Antonio does exactly what a steakhouse wine list is supposed to do — it gives you recognizable producers, a respectable Champagne section, and enough California Chardonnay to satisfy the table. It won't excite anyone looking for adventure, and pricing at a place like this rarely favors the customer. But if you're here for the beef and want a bottle that won't require a conversation, the list delivers.
