The name says Bourbon Company, and the wine list confirms that's not just branding — it's a warning. Seven bottles, all familiar faces from the grocery store aisle, presented at a bourbon bar that clearly has its priorities straight.
This is a seven-deep roster of supermarket staples: Josh, Cupcake, Stella Rosa, and friends. There's no regional curiosity here, no attempt to stretch beyond what a casual drinker already knows by heart. The Conundrum Red is the closest thing to a wildcard on the list, and even that is a well-distributed commercial blend. If you're hoping to discover something new in a glass, this isn't your stop.
All seven bottles are also available by the glass, priced $11 to $13, which is the only sensible way to drink wine here. The markup from bottle to glass is standard and not punishing, so if you're ordering wine at a bourbon bar, at least the glass format keeps your commitment low.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling — $32
At $32 a bottle, this is the list's most legitimate wine. Ste. Michelle's Columbia Valley Riesling consistently overdelivers for its price point — crisp, off-dry, and food-friendly. It's the one bottle here that doesn't embarrass itself.
Conundrum Red
Nobody ordering at a bourbon bar is reaching for a blended California red, but the Conundrum is a surprisingly approachable, full-bodied pour for those who want something with a little more weight than the rest of this list offers.
Cupcake Cabernet Sauvignon
At $32 a bottle, you're paying restaurant markup on a wine that retails for under $10. The name alone should tell you everything you need to know about where this sits on the quality ladder.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling + Bourbon-glazed appetizers or charcuterie
The off-dry character of the Riesling is one of the few on this list with enough acidity and subtle sweetness to hold its own against anything smoky, sweet, or salty — which is exactly the kind of snacking that happens at a bourbon bar.
The Bottom Line
Lily May is a bourbon bar through and through, and the wine list exists purely as a courtesy to the non-whiskey drinker at the table. Order the bourbon; let your wine-loving friend pick from the cocktail menu.

Montana Grille Bar is a reliable pour in a city that isn't exactly overrun with serious wine programs — you won't find anything that surprises you, but you won't get burned either. If you're ordering a Wagyu steak, Jordan or Stag's Leap will carry the night just fine.
